- the website plan generated for you;

- to generate and email you a website plan;
- to respond to enquiries and follow up about your project;
- to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Consent & marketing (CASL)
By submitting the form you consent to us using your information for the purposes above, and to us contacting you about your enquiry. We will only send follow-up or commercial messages where permitted under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and every message includes an unsubscribe option. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Service providers
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under appropriate safeguards:
- AI provider: processes your form inputs to generate the plan;
- Hosting & content: hosts the site and stores content and leads;
- Email: delivers your plan and any follow-ups.
Some providers may process data outside Canada; where that occurs, the information may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions. We do not sell your personal information.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it.
