Terms of Use

The Service includes an automated tool that generates a suggested website plan (recommended pages, design direction, and an estimated price range) based on the information you provide.

The output is for general informational purposes only. It is generated by an automated AI system, may contain errors or inaccuracies, and is nota quote, offer, contract, professional advice, or a guarantee of any result, price, or timeline. Any engagement to design or build a website is governed by a separate written agreement, not by the tool's output.

The Service is currently offered only to individuals and businesses in Canada. You must be the age of majority in your province or territory to use the Service. You are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you.

Nothing on the Service constitutes legal, financial, marketing, or other professional advice. You should not rely on the AI output as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
• submit false information or another person's personal information without authorization;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• use automated means to scrape or abuse the AI tool.

The AI plan tool is provided free of charge and subject to fair-use limits. We may cap the number of plans generated per email address or per period of time (currently up to five per email), rate-limit requests, and suspend, restrict, or block access to protect the Service or for any breach of these Terms.

The Service, including its design, text, and branding, is owned by Northcraft Studio and protected by applicable law. You may not copy or reuse it except as permitted. Plan output generated for you may be used for your own business purposes.

The Service relies on third-party providers (including an AI model provider, hosting, and email delivery). Your use may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Northcraft Studio and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to CAD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Northcraft Studio from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ontario for any dispute, subject to any non-waivable rights under the consumer-protection laws of your home province.
